Petit déjeuner
Each morning, a homemade breakfast awaits: pastries, cakes, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices, and hot drinks. The selection varies with the seasons and daily inspiration.
Plant-based and gluten-free options available on request.

Full breakfast
€13 per person
Fresh bread, daily pastries, fresh juices and fruit, hot drinks, homemade jams, honey, dairy products, and cereals.
Express breakfast
€7 per personne
1 hot drink, 1 pastry, 1 fruit juice. A simple, flavorful start to your day, just the way you like it.
Courtesy tray
For a warm welcome, each room includes a courtesy tray with a kettle, tea, coffee, herbal infusions, sugar, and bottled water.
Parking
For your comfort, free parking is available on site.
Need a secure spot? A closed parking area is also available on request.
Wifi
Stay connected if you wish: Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.
Garden
A landscaped garden with a sunny terrace, parasols, sun loungers, and a relaxation area to enjoy the calm. Perfect for reading or unwinding under the holm oaks.
Mosquito screens
For peaceful nights, all our windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Enjoy fresh air, without the insects.
Tennis
A tennis court is available a 5-minute walk from Les Jardins d’Holi.

Non-smoking
Out of respect for everyone, smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
Children
Children are welcome from the age of 2.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Please note: a cat lives on the property, discreet, curious and affectionate.
Calm & serenity
Out of respect for everyone, parties and noise are not permitted, especially in the evening and at night.
Cancellation and refund policy

Any cancellation eligible for a refund of the deposit must be made no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In the event of early departure, the full stay remains due.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable on arrival.

A €500 security deposit is required for long stays in the Surya apartment.
